60g 森庄农品 不辣酱香香锅酱料/ 麻辣香锅调料 不辣的香锅底料 酱香干锅调料包 Xiang Guo Base Sauce Non-Spicy Hotpot Base/ Mala Spicy Hotpot Sauce REMARK 备注：中国生产食品上印制的是制作日期，保质期请看包装的详细说明！ Food that import from China is printed with manufactured date instead of expiry date！ 食材准备： 酱香香锅料60g，肉250g， 配菜 (土豆，洋葱，芹菜等等) 400g Preparation of ingredients: 60g xiang guo base, 250g meat, 400g side dishes (potatoes, onions, celery, etc.) 制作方法： 1. 起锅烧油，先将肉类炸熟捞起，留底油； 2. 放姜片，大蒜爆香，倒入配菜炒熟； 3. 加入炸好的肉，再放入一袋酱香香锅料，翻炒均匀即可出锅。可撒上芝麻，香菜以作点缀。 Production Method: 1. Heat up the oil in a pan, deep-fry the meat till fully cooked and leave a side, keep the base oil; 2. Add sliced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant, add side dishes and stir-fry; 3. Add the fried meat, then put in a bag of xiang guo base, stir-fry evenly and serve. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish.
